One of my guilty pleasures is the zombie genre. Some are
good, some great, some not so good. This one is good in that it moves along
logically and the characters are believable. There are no real heroes, just
regular people trying to cope with a zombie apocalypse.
This is from the folks at Darker Projects and Infected Books, written by David Moody. It can be found
at darkerprojects.com/autumn/. Prominently featured are some of my favorite voice actors,
David Ault, Laura Post, and other wonderful talents. The audio production is up
to Darker Project standards and that is saying a lot.
Autumn is not a long epic, so you could listen to the whole
thing in a day while working on your tan or cleaning your home. That’s the
advantage audio has over television, you can enjoy your guilty pleasure and
still tell yourself you got something done.
